CAD Designer
We seek an experienced and detail-oriented CAD Designer or Design Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in creating and refining technical drawings and 3D models for our advanced thin film deposition systems. You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical, electronics, and process engineers to ensure our designs are both accurate and optimised for high-precision manufacturing.

Recruiting Process
1. Initial Screening
- The Recruitment Manager initially qualifies your application based on role alignment. Then, the technical recruiters evaluate your skills, education, and experience. If necessary, we may request further clarifications about your application by email.
2. Video Interview
- Discuss your experience, career goals, and answer a set of questions that help us assess your qualifications.
3. In-Person Interview
- Meet the team, tour our facilities, and see our products. We will discuss our goals and see how your skills contribute to our needs. We will also gauge your fit into our team and plans.
4. Job Offer
- Receive a formal job offer along with the Employment Contract to sign.
5. Onboarding
- Upon signing, the Recruiting Manager will oversee your three-month onboarding process. This probationary period is geared towards equipping you with the necessary tools and knowledge for your new role. It also enables us to evaluate if your interests, work style, and career goals align with our team. Additionally, this period allows you to assess your fit within the team, gauge your work satisfaction, and visualise your potential success in our organisation.
